A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE 347;
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of Fehruary , 1914_,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the nth day of March , 19_44_,
at 8 :00 o'clock P. M. at whch time parties in Interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "R -1" Single Family Res'idence�
be changed to "R -3" Multi - Family Resldencei. save ant except.
the West 300 feet, which is.zoned "C -2" Community Business District.
Being a 28.5384 acre tract of land situated in the J. P. Raiford Survey, Abstract No.
711, in Tarrant County, Texas, and being part of a tract of land conveyed to L. L.
Waller and R. Hubbard Hardy, Trustees, by the Paul Revere Company by deed dated
November 14, 1957, filed December 12, 1957, in Volume 3167, page 147, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING, at an iron rod found for corner in the intersection of the East line of
State F.M. Highway No. 157, 100 foot width right -of -way, and the North line of said
tract conveyed to L. L. Waller and R. Hubbard Hardy, Trustees, said point being also
the Northwest corner of said tract;
THENCE S 89° 22' 01" E, 947.33 feet to an iron rod found for the Northwest corner of
Midway Park Addition No. 3; an addition to the City of Euless, Texas, as recorded In
Volume 388, Page 25, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE S 02° 04' 00" W, with the West line of said Midway Park Addition No. 3, 695.87
feet, to the beginning f a curve to the left whose central angle is 23° 24' 23" and
whose center bears S 87° 56' 00" E, 1063.50 feet;
THENCE, with said curve to the left and said West line of Midway Park Addition No. 3,
434.46 feet, to the end of said curve, said point being also in the North line of
Midway Drive;
THENCE S 65° 30' 00" W, with the south line of this tract and the north line of
Midway Drive, 551.65 feet, to the beginning of a curve to the right, whose central
angle is 24° 04' 00 "; and whose center boars 1J 24° 30' 00" W, 673.68 feet;
THENCE, with said curve to the right and said North line of Midway Drive, 282.98 feet,
to the end of said curve;
THENCE S 89° 34' 00" W, with the said north line of Midway Drive, 207.36 feet, to a
point in the said East line of State F.M. Highway No. 157;
THENCE N 00° 26' 00 ", with the said East line of State F.M. Highway No. 157, 1422.27
feet to the place of beginning;
