A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(N0.34g); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of April
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 13th day of , May 1969 9 ,
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, chances, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinane No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto aid made a part of this
notice.

Being a tract of land out of the A. J. Huitt Survey, Abstract No. 684,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being part of a tract of land conveyed to
C. C. Cottingham by deed recorded in Volume 2261, Page 615, in the
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Northiine et Villa Drive (a 60-
foot wide drive) and 300 feet east of the East line of F. M. Road No.
157;
THENCE North 01 degrees 00' East along said East line of F. M. Road
No. 157, for a distance of 150.01 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 88 degrees 29' East along the North line at the above
mentioned Cottingham tract 369.90 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 01 degree 31' West, 150.00 feet to a point for corner
in the North line of Villa Drive;
THENCE North 88 degrees 29' West along the North line at said
Villa Drive, 396.55 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
