A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council an the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
101ia to 101ij, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 13th day of May , 19 ,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 1 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the lath day of June , 19 r,
at 8 :00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to he heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

property, now zoned 9R -1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "R-3' Multiple Family. Dwelling District .
Being a tract of land situated in the Solomon Huitt Survey Abstract
No 705 Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which Is South 868.00 feet and East 300.00 feet
from the intersection of the South line of Harwood Drive with the
East line of North Main Street.

THENCE north end 300 feet East of and parallel to at all times the East
