A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(N0.347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 24th day of June , 19 69 ,
by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 2 22nnd day of Juiy , 19 69 ,
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to. "R -' bu 1 t i p 1 e Family Dwe l l i n g. District
Being a tract of land situated in the J. P. Halford Survey, Abstract No. 711, in
Tarrant County, Texas, and being part of a tract of land conveyed to L. L. Waller
and R. Hubbard Hardy, Trustees, by the Paul Revere Company by deed dated November 14,
1957, filed December 12, 1957, in Volume 3167, Page 143, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING, at a point in the West line of Ector Drive a 62 foot width street, said
point being S 00° 61' 00" W, 81.44 feet, from the intersection of the South line of
Midway Drive, a 60' width street, and the said West line of Ector Drive, said point
being also the beginning of a curve to the right whose central angle is 20° 39' 00"
and whose center bears N 89° 59' 00" W, 240.20 feet;
THENCE, with said curve to the right and said West line of Ector Drive, 86.60 feet,
to the end of said curve;
THENCE,S 20° 40' 00" W, with the said West line of Ector Drive,284.52 feet, to
a point for corner;
THENCE N 88° 27' 12" W, with the North line of a tract of land conveyed to the
Hurst - Euless- Bedford Independent School District, 564.86 feet, to a point for
corner; said point being also the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed
to the Church of Nazarene;
THENCE N 24° 30' 00" W, with the East line of said Church of Nazarene tract,
435.07 feet, to a point for corner in the said South line of Midway Drive;
THENCE, N 65° 30' 00" E, with the said South line of Midway Drive, 67.65 feet,to
the beginning of a curve to the right whose central angle is 38° 30' 00" and whose
center bears S 24° 30' 00" E 859.05 feet;
THENCE, with said curve to the right and said South line of Midway Drive, 577.24
feet, to the end of said curve;
THENCE, S 76° 00' 00" E, with said South line of Midway Drive 127.69 feet, to a
point for corner, said point being also the northwest corner of a tract of land
conveyed to James Addision Waddle Jr.;
THENCE S 5° 58' 00" E, with the West line of said Waddle tract 109.79 feet, to a
point for corner;
THENCE, S 89° 59' 00" E, with the South line of said Waddle tract, 100.00 feet to
the place of beginning;
CONTAINING, 344734.10 square feet or 7.914 acres of land.
