A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at,the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 8th day of July , 19 69 ,
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the lth day of August , 19 69 ,
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and/or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

his ahasgsd to "C -2" Communit Business District
Field Notes of a tract of land 150 ft. by 430 ft. out of the J. P.
Halford Survey, Abstract 711, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, and
being described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod in the West R.O.W. line of North Main Street,
(Euless- Grapevine Road) 1890.1 feet North and 25.0 ft. West of the
Southeast corner of J. P. Halford Survey, Abstract 711;
THENCE North 88 deg. 37 min. West 430.0 ft. to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 0 deg. 35 min. East 150.9 ft. to a steel rod in the West
R.O.W. line of said North Main Street;
THENCE South 0 deg. 35 min. West along the West R.O.W. line of said
North Main Street 150.0 ft. to the place of beginning and containing
1.49 acres of land, more or less.
