A RESOLUTION MAKING R9COR9B,IMMATIONS AND REPCRT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CIIANGFS IN CRDINAWE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY TILE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OP
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
'!'HAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan—
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be approved by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 16th day of January , 19 68 .
