A RESOLUTION MAKING RECO,%EM NDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY T1-IF CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS , TEXAS:
I.
THAT after Dublic hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be approved by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 5th day of March , 1968 .
