A RESOLUTION MAILING RL^CO S1ENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONr:ERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGHS IN ORDINANCE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, 3'EXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY TI;E CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS. -
THAT after public hearinn, careful study and consideration of
the proposed {amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (Hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be approved by the City Council,

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

County, Texas, and being a portion of the tract of land described in Volume 3129,
page 3, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at an iron pin in the North line of State Highway 183, 463.8 feet East
and 522 feet North of the N.E. corner of the Kitty House Survey, said pin being
the Southeast corner of a 10-acre tract of land as shown in Volume 1937, page
499 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;

beginning;

to an iron pin in the South line of Oakwood Terrace North Addition first filing;
Thence South 89 degrees, 24 Minutes East 7151,,6-Fifeet for corner;
Thence South 0 Degrees, 31 Minutes East 284.21 feet to a point;
Thence South 67 Degrees, 15 Minutes West 775.77 feet to place of beginning and
containing 7.202 acres of land.
