A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC tjEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES. IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26th day of August , 19 6 -69
