A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES. IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26th day of August , 19 69 ,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "C -2" Community Business District
be changod to "I -l" Light Industrial District

Being a tract of land situated in the John Groves Survey, Abstract
No. 599, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly de-
scribed by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the North line of State Highway
183 with the East line of Raider Drive;
THENCE North along said East line of Raider Drive for a distance
of 260.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE East for a distance of 220.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 11 degrees 30 minutes East for a distance of 148.00
feet to a point for corner in the North line of State Highway No. 183;
THENCE South 67 degrees West along the North line of State Highway
No 183 for a distance of 268.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
