A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be giyen as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of November 19 6_ 9 ,
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 23rd day of December , 19 69 ,
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "R'1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to the following: TRACT ONE to "C•2" Community
Business District and TRACT TWD to "R•3" Multiple Family
Dwelling District.
TRACT ONE
The following described tract or parcel of lend situated In the T. A. Cash
Survey, A480, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 10.78 acre tract
as recorded on Page 183 of Volume 3857 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument in the South line of Spur No. 350 and being
about 148.51 feet South and 629.7 feet West of the Northeast corner of the said
T. A. Cash Survey;
Thence S 0° 43' W a distance of 400.0 feet;
Thence S 89° 35' E a distance of about 371.94 feet to the East line of the said
10.78 acre tract;
Thence N 00 43' W a distance of about 436.0 feet to the South line of said Spur
No. 350;
Thence Southwesterly along the South line of said Spur No. 350 a distance of about
374.42 feet to place of beginning, containing approximately 3.6 acres of land more
or less.

The following described tract or parcel of land situated In the T. A. Cash
Survey, A•280, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 10.78 acre tract
as recorded on Page 183 of Volume 3857 In the Tarrant County Deed Records and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the said 10.78 acre tract;
Thence S 89° 35' E a distance of 371.94 feet to the Southeast corner of the said
10.78 acre tract;
Thence N 0° 43' Ws distance of about 749.47 feet;
Thence N 89° 35' W a distance of about 371.94 feet to a point on the West line of
said 10.78 acre tract being S 0° 43' W a distance of 400.0 feet from a concrete
monument In the South line of Spur No. 350;
Thence $ 00 43' t a distance of 749.47 feet to place of beginning, containing
approximately 6.4 mares of land more or less.
