A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 24th day of February , 19 70
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 24th day of March , 19 70
at 8;00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned HR -1" Slagle Family Dwelling District
be changed to Specific Use. allowing the lTprovement of 'ex-
isting structures for use as offices, storage, construction,
fabrication and outside display of portable buildings.
FIELD NOTES of a 1.6 acre tract of land out of the J. H. Havens
Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South R,O.W. line of Glade
Road and the West R.O.W. line of Farm -Mkt. Road #157; said point
also being 25 feet South and 50 feet West of the Northeast corner
of said Havens Survey;
THENCE West along said South R.O.W. line of Glade Road, 210.5
feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE South along the trace of an old fence, 331.0 feet to a
steel rod for corner;
THENCE East, 210.5 feet to a steel rod in said West R.O.W. line
of Farm -Mkt. Road #157;
THENCE North along said West R.O.W. line of Farm -Mkt. Road #157,
331.0 feet to a nail, the place of beginning and containing 1.6
acres of land, more or less.
