A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 10th day of March , 19 70
by a vote of 4- ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hail,
Euless, Texas, on the 14th day of April , 19 70
at 8 :00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

The following described tract or parcel of land situated. in the J. H. Havens
Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of the Arlington• Grapevine Road (Farm*
toMarket Road 157), being 18 varas West and 128 varas South of the Northeast
corner of the J. H. Havens Survey, said beginning point being also the most
Easterly Northeast corner of a tract conveyed to J. J. Gilbert by deed dated
October 22, 1942, recorded In Volume 1532, page 482, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas;
Thence South with the East line of the said Gilbert tract and the West line
of said road, 140 feet to en iron pin set for the southeast corner of this
tract;
Thence N 89° 43' W - 517.1 feat to an iron pin set for the southwest corner
of this tract; said point being a fence line, the West line of said Gilbert
tract;
Thence N 1° 08' E • 140 feet with said fence to an iron pin for the Northwest
corner of this'tract;
Thence S 89° 30' E 303.1 feet to a pips 'In a fence corner;
Thence East with a fence line - 211.1 feat to the point of beginning and
containing 1.65 acres of land, more or less.
