A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of May , 1970
by a vote of 3 ayes and -- .- 0..__.. nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Nall,
Euless, Texas, on the
9th day of
June , 19�,
at 8 :00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, ap specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "RAY Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "C -2" Community Business District for Tract 1A1
and "R -3" Multiple Family Dwelling District for Tract 1A1A.

The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the J. E.
Field Survey, Abstract 540, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South line of Glade Road with the West
line of North Main; said point being about 25.09 fat West and 27.09 feet
South 4° 45' West from the Northeast corner of the J. E. Field Survey, Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE South 4° 45' W a distance of 526.81 feet to a point;
THENCE West a distance of 500.33 feet to a point;
THENCE North 525.00 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 543.95 feet to a point; said point being the place
of beginning, containing 6.293 acres more or less.

The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the J. E.
Field Survey, Abstract 540, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South line of Glade Road with the West
line of North Main, and said point being about 25.09 feet West and 553.90
feet South 4° 45' West from the Northeast corner of the J. E. Field Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 4° 45' West a distance of 716.61 feet to a point;
THENCE West a distance of 440.99 feet to a point;
THENCE North a distance of 714.20 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 500.33 feet to a point; said being the place of
beginning; containing 7.717 acres of land more or less.
