A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
101ia to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26th day of May , 19 70
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 23rd day of
June , 19 70
at 8 :00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R.1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed gs as follows: Tract 1 to "C -2" Community Business
District, and Tract 2 to "R•3" Multiple Family Dwelling District.
Tract 1
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the T. A. Cash
Survey and in the T. Jasper Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument in the South right-of-way Line of Spur 350
and being East a distance of 99.6 feet and South a distance of 35.72 feet
from the Northwest corner of the said T. Jasper Survey, same being the North-
east corner of the said T. A. Cash Survey;
Thence S 0° 36' 40'1 E a distance of 517.56 feet;
Thence N 89° 35' M a distance of 357.97 feet;
Thence 0° 36' 40" W a distance of 447.45 feet to a concrete monument to the
South right- of.way of said Spur 350;
Thence N 77° 30' E along the South right- of'way line of said Spur 350 a
distance of 82.84 feet to a concrete monument at the beginning of a circular
curve to the right having a radius of 1857.86 feet;
Thence Northeasterly along the South right of'way line of said Spur 350 and
along said curve a distance of 236.76 feet to a concrete monument;
Thence N 84° 12' E along the South right- ofaway line of said Spur 350 a
distance of 44.3 feet to place of beginning, containing approximately 4.4
acres of land more or less.

The following described tract or parcel of land Situated in the Ti A. Cash
Survey and in the T. Jasper Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being more
particularly described as follows:

S 0° 36' 40" E a distance of 517.56 feet from the Northwest corner of the
said T. Jasper Survey, same being the Northeast corner of the said T. A.
Cash Survey;
Thence S 0° 36' 40" E a distance of 922.74 feet;
Thence S 88° 23' W a distance of 100.84 feet;
Thence N 0° 37' 40" a distance of 172.0 feet;
Thence N 88° 34' a distance of 257.2 feet;
Thence N 0° 36' 40" W a distance of 749.75 feet;
Thence S 89° 35' E a distance of 357.97 feet to place of beginning, contain-
ing approulmetely 6.18 acres of land more or less.
