A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of December , 19 70
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hail,
Euless, Texas, on the 26th day of January , 19 71
at 8 :00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is, attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

E X H I B I T "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "C -1" Neighborhood Neighborhood Business District
be changed to "C -2" Community Business District, with a Specific Usg
Permit to allow e metal structure for covered parking and outside
storage of equipment, providing an eight (8) foot screening wall is
provided as indicated on the plans.
The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion of Tract
C, MUNICIPAL SERVICE COMPANY OF TEXAS SUBDIVISION, Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas as recorded in Volume 388 -26, Page 9 D.R.T.C.T. and being described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Tract C, said point being also
in the East right- of-way line of Himes Drive;
THENCE S 88° 41' E a distance of 274.8 feet to a steel rod;
THENCE S 0° 53' W a distance of 65.0 feet to a steel rod;
THENCES 88 °41' E a distance of 50.0 feet to a steel rod in the West
right- of-way line of Byers Avenue;
THENCE S 0° 53' W with said West right -of -way line of Byers Avenue a
distance of 181.3 feet to a steel rod in the North right -of -way line of
Fuller Street;
THENCE N 88° 31' W along said North right - of-way line a distance of 324.5
feet to an "X" marked in concrete;
THENCE N 0° 53' E along the East right - of-way line of Himes Drive a
distance of 253.2 feet to the place of beginning.
