A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 347); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011 -1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th. day of January , 19 71 ,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hail,
Euless, Texas, on the 9th. day of February , 19 71 ,
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, as specified
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this
notice.

now zoned "R -1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "R -4" Multiple Family Dwelling District for Tract No. J,
"R -3" Multiple Family Dwelling District for Tract No. 2, and "C -1"

COMMENCING at an axle, the northeast corner of a 45 acre tract recorded
Volume 3326, page 362, Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE south 0° 19' east a distance of 657.9 feet; THENCE north 89° 52'
west a distance of 47.3 feet to the point of beginning in the West right -
of-way of West Park Way;
THENCE in a southerly direction along the west right - of-way line of West
Park Way described as follows; along a curve to the right having a radius
of 778.51'a distance of 504.1 feet; THENCE south 44° 41' west a distance
of 109.3 feet; THENCE along a curve to the left having a radius of 699.78
feet a distance of 590.2 feet;
THENCE west 465 feet to a point in an existing property line;
THENCE north 0° 10' west a distance of 385.0 feet;
THENCE north 88° 35' west a distance of 353.8 feet;

THENCE south 0° 19' east a distance of 657.9 feet; THENCE south 89° 52' east
a distance of 85.0 feet to a point; THENCE south 0° 44' west a distance of
672.74 feet; THENCE south 89° 15' west a distance of 85.0 feet to a point
which is the southwest corner of a 40 acre tract recorded in Volume 564, page
5, Tarrant County Deed Records; THENCE south 0° 04' west a distance of 378.0
feet; THENCE south 89° 33' west a distance of 548.4 feet to a point in the
present west right -of -sway line of West Park Way Street to the place of be-
ginning being the northeast corner of the tract herein described;
THENCE in a southerly direction with the west right - of-way line of West Park
Way along a curve to the left with a radius of 699.78 feet for a distance of

tract said point being the southwest corner of tract recorded Volume 1987,
page 244, Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE south 89° 22' west a distance of 353.6 feet;
THENCE north 0° 10' west a distance of 249.2 feet;
THENCE north 89° 22' east a distance of 364 feet;
THENCE south 2° 14' west a distance of 249.43 feet to the place of beginning
and in all containing approximately 2 acres of land.
