HomeMy WebLinkAbout126 1969-01-07CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUT1014 NO. 126 A RESOLUTION CALLI.NG A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution; and THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles 101la to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
