RESOLUTION NO. 129
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC !-FEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AMD DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
101lato 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of
Texas.
ADOPTED this 4th day of February , 1969 .

A public Hearing will be held by the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 18th day of
February , Ig 69 , at 8:00 p.m. to consider petition of
Mrs. Sam Harrington
for change of Zoning Designation on a 1.0 acre tract of land
out of the B. Harrington Survey, A-808, Tarrant County, Texas,
from "R-1" Single Family Residence to "C-2" Community Business
District.
According to the City Tax Records you are the owner of
real property within two hundred feet of this property. All
interested citizens are invited to attend, if they wish to do so.

Being a tract or parcel of land situated in the B. Harrington Survey,
A-808, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a tract of land
conveyed by deed to Carl Yates as recorded on Page 63 of Volume 907
in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning in the East line of F. M. Highway No. 157 and being East a
distance of 50.0 feet and North at a distance of 950 varas the Southwest
corner of the said B. Harrington Survey and the Northwest corner of the
L. Franklin Survey, a total distance of 1599 varas from the Southwest
corner of the said L. Franklin Survey;
Thence East along the North line of said tract conveyed by deed to
Carl Yates a distance of 391.0 feet;
Thence South a distance of 111.0 feet;
Thence West a distance of 391.0 feet to the East line of said F. M.
Highway No. 157,;
Thence North along the East lina of said F. M. Highway No. 157 a distance
of 111.0 feet to place of beginning, containing 1.0 acre of land more or
less.

Any part or portion thereof in the use or occupancy of any public road
