RESOLUTION NO. 130
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT
NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT A public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State of
Texas.

Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 18th _ day of
February , 19 69 , at 8:00 p.m. to consider petition of
Mayflower Investment Company
for change of Zoning Designation on a 28.5384 acre tract_gMS_of
the J. P. Halford Survey, Abstract No. 711, from "R-1" Single
Family Residence to "R-3" Multiple Family Residence.
According to the City Tax Records you are the owner of
real property within two hundred feet of this property. All
interested citizens are invited to attend, if they wish to do so.

Being a 28.5384 acre tract of land situated in the J. P. Halford Survey, Abstract No.
711, in Tarrant County, Texas, and being part of a tract of land conveyed to L. L.
Waller and R. Hubbard Hardy, Trustees, by the Paul Revere Company by deed dated
November 14, 1957, filed December 12, 1957, in Volume 3167, page 147, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING, at an iron rod found for corner in the intersection of the East line of
State F.M. Highway No. 157, 100 foot width right-of-way, and the North line of said
tract conveyed to L. L. Waller and R. Hubbard Hardy, Trustees, said point being also
the Northwest corner of said tract;
THENCE S 890 22' 01" E, 947.33 feet to an iron rod found for the Northwest corner of
Midway Park Addition No. 3; an addition to the City of Euless, Texas, as recorded in
Volume 388, Page 25, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas;.
THENCE S 020 04' 00" W, with the West line of said Midway Park Addition No. 3, 695.87
feet, to the beginning of a curve to the left whose central angle is 23' 24' 23" and
whose center bears S 870 56' 00" E, 1063.50 feet;
THENCE, with said curve to the left and said West line of Midway Park Addition No. 3,
434.46 feet, to,the end of said curve, said point being also in the North line of
Midway Drive;
THENCE, S 650 30' 00" W, with the south line of this tract and the north line of
Midway Drive, 551.65' feet, to the beginning of a curve to the right, whose central
angle is 240 04' 00"; and whose center bears N 240 30' 00" W, 673.68 feet;
THENCE, with said curve to the right and said North line of Midway Drive, 282.98 feet,
to the end of said curve;
THENCE S 890 34' 00" W, with the said northline of Midway Drive, 207.36 feet, to a
point in the said East line of State F.M. Highway No. 157;
THENCE N 000 26' 00" W, with the said East line of State F.M. Highway No. 157, 1422.27
feet to the place of beginning;
CONTAINING, 1243136.46 Square Feet or 28.5384 acres of land.
