CI-!ANGES IN ORDINANCE NOo'347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)

BF IT RE--SOLVE-0 BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAN" after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendimen::s, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter- called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

L. Franklin Survey, a total distance of 1599 varas from the Southwest
corner of the said L. Franklin Survey;
Thence East along the North line of said tract, conveyed by deed to Carl
Yates a distance of 391.0 feet;
