BE IT RESCLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public.: nearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, i„ the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Pub➢lc Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT 'notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 103;-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, larrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, gn the -1st
day of _a April 19 69 at 8:00 o'clopk P. M, at.
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concgrning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,

modification, and/or.repoals of Ordinance No,X33, Zoning Ordinanco of
the City of Eyler$, Toga$, as specified in �xhibjt "A" Which is
attached amo made a part of this notice.

Being a tract of land out of the A. J. Huitt Survey, Abstract No. 684,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being part of a tract of land conveyed to
C. C. Cottimgham by deed recorded in Volume 2261, Page 615, in the
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Northline at Villa Drive (a.60-
foot wide drive) and 300 feet east of the East line of F.M. Road No.
157;
THENCE North 01 degrees 00' East along said East line at F. M. Road
No. 157, for a distance of 150.01 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 88 degrees 29' East along the North line at the above
mentioned Cottingham tract, 369.90 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 01 degree 31' West, 150.00 feet to a point for corner
in the North line of Villa Drive;
THENCE North 88 degrees 29' West along the North line at said
Villa Drive, 396.55 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING,
