Being a tract of land situated in the J. P. Halford Survey, Abstract No. 711, in
Tarrant County, Texas, and being part of a tract of land conveyed to L. L. Waller
and R. Hubbard Hardy, Trustees, by the Paul Revere Company by deed dated November 14,
1957, filed December 12, 1957, in Volume 3167, Page 143, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING, at a point in the West line of Ector Drive a 62 foot width street, said
point being S 000 O1' 00"W, 81.44 feet, from the intersection of the South line of
Midway Drive, a 60' width street, and the said West line of Ector Drive, said point
being also the beginning of a curve to the right whose central angle is 200 39' 00"
and whose center bears N 890 59' 00" W, 240.20 feet;
THENCE, with said curve'to the right and said West line of Ector Drive, 86.60 feet,
to the end of said curve;
THENCE, S 20° 40' 00" W, with the said West line of Ector Drive 284.52 feet, to
a point for corner;
THENCE N 880 27' 12" W, with the North line of a tract of land conveyed to the
Hurst -Euless -Bedford Independent School District, 564.86 feet, to a point for
corner; said point bei,ng also the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed
to the Church of Nazarene;
THENCE, N 240 30' 00" W, with the East line of said Church of Nazarene tract,
435.07 feet, to a point for corner in the said South line of Midway Drive;

the beginning of a curve to the right whose central angle is 380 30' 00" and whose

THENCE, with said curve to the right and said South line of Midway Drive, 577.24
feet, to the end of said curve;

point for corner, said point being also the Northwest corner of a tract of land
conveyed to James Addision Waddle Jr.;
THENCE, S 50 58' 00" E, with the West line of said Waddle tract 109.79 feet, to a
point for corner;
THENCE, S 890 59' 00" E, with the South line of said Waddle tract, 100.00 feet to
the place of beginning;
