A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CUANGES /N ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)

TEXAS -
THAT af-U�r public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
/h�re|naftr-r called ''changes") to Ordinance No, 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of EuYoss, Texas' as specified in Exhibit /Y\x attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be denied
by the City Couxcll.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, aod shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "R-l" Single Fartil ly Dwelling District
be changed to "R-311 Multiple Fami ly_Dwelling District
Being a tract of land situated in the J. P. Halford Survey, Abstract No. 711, In
Tarrant County, Texas, and being part of a tract of land conveyed to L. L. Waller
and R. Hubbard Hardy, Trustees, by the Paul Revere Company by deed dated November 14,
1957, filed December 12, 1957, in Volume 3167, Page 143, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING, at a point in the West line of Ector Drive a 62 foot width street, said
point being S 000 Oil 0011 W, 81.144 feet, from the intersection of the -South line of
Midway Drive, a Go' width street, and the said West line of Ector Drive, said point
being also the beginning of a curve to the right whose central angle is 200 391 00"
and whose center bears N 890 591 0011 W, 240.20 feet;
THENCE, with said curve to the right and said West line of Ector Drive, 36.60 feet,
to the end of said curve;
THENCE S 200 401 0011 W, with the said West line of Ector Drive 284-52 feet, to
a point for corner;
THENCE N 830 27' 1211 W, with the !,Iorth line of a tract of land conveyed to the
Hurst -Euless -Bedford Independent School District, 564.86 feet, to a point for
corner; said point being also the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed
to the Church of Mazarene;
THENCE N 240 30' 00" W, with the East line of said Church of Nazarene tract,
435.07 feet, to a point for corner in the said Soui:i,. I thic of Midway Drive;
THENCE, N 650 301 0011 E, with the said South line of Midway Drive, 67.65 feet, to
the beginning of a curve to the right whose central angle is 380 30' 00'' and whose
center bears S 240 30' 0011 E 859.05 feet;
THENCE, with said curve to the right and said South line of Midway Drive, 577.24
feet, to the end of sold curve;
THENCE, S 760 00' 00" E, with said South line of Midway Drive 127.6g feet, to a
point for corner, said point being also the Northwest corner of a tract of land
conveyed to James Addision Waddle Jr.;
THENCE S 50 581 00" E, with the West line of said Waddle tract 109.79 feet, to a
point for corner;
THENCE, S 890 59' 0011 E, with the South line of said Waddle tract, 100.00 feet to
the place of beginning;
