13E IT BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS ,
TEXAS -
THAT ai-t�:r is hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed a!T:erdnients, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Fu less, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of t�iis resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinir_�;r and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council, under certain conditi6ns.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

(Euless -Grapevine Road) 1890.1 ft. North and 25.0 ft. West of the
Southeast corner of J. P. Pelford Survey, Abstract 711;
THEMCE North 88 deg. 37 min. West 430.0 ft. to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE Morth 0 deg. 35 min. East 150.9 ft. to a steel rod In the West
R.O.W. line of said North Hein Street;
THENCE South 0 deg. 35 min. West along the West R.Ok line of said
North Hain Street 150.0 ft. to the place of beginning and containing
1.49 acres of land, more or less.
