Being a tract of land situated in the John Groves Survey, Abstract
No. 599 Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly de-
scribed by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the North line of State Highway
183 with the East line of Raider Drive;
THENCE North along said East line of Raider Drive for a distance
of 260.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE East for a distance of 220.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 11 degrees 30 minutes East for a distance of 148,00
feet to a point for corner in the North line of State Highway No. 183;
THENCE South 67 degrees West along the North line of State Highway
No. 183 for a distance of 268.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING',
