BE IT BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF [ULES3,
TEXAS:
THAT aftar pub\lc hear |rig, careful study and cons Ydarat ion of the
proposed asarJmpnts, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter oe}}ed ''changes'') to Ordinance No. 34/, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of FuYnss, Texas, as specified in Exhibit /Y\n attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.

THAT a Signed cupy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.
