TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CH�A��C IN ORDINANCE NO°' 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)

BE |T R:ECOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT aftar public hearing, uarefu] study and consideration of the
proposed amendment's, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereineftpr called ''changes'') to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit /Y\^ attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the upinYon and recommends that such changes be _denied
by the City Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.
