NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, larrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chamber§ of the City Hall c" Euless, Texas, on the -18th
day of November , 19 69 at 8:00 o'clopk P. M, at
which time parties in interest and citi4ens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modification, and/or.rpppals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Eylo�s, Teas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached PMO made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "R-l" Side Family Dwelling District
be changed to the following: TRACT ONE to "C-2" Community
Business District and TRACT TWO to 1111-3" Multiple Family
Dwelling District.
TRACT ONE
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the T. A. Cash Survey,
A-280, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 10.78 acre tract as recorded
on Page 183 of Volume 3857 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument in the South line of Spur No. 350 and being
about 148.51 feet South and 629.7 feet West of the Northeast corner of the said
T. A. Cash Survey;
Thence S 00 43' W a distance of 400.0 feet;
Thence S 890 35' E a distance of about 371.94 feet to the East line of the said
10.78 acre tract;
Thence N 00 43' W a distance of about 436.0 feet to the South line of said Spur
No. 350;
Thence Southwesterly along the South line of said Spur No. 350 a distance of about
374.42 feet to place of beginning, containing approximately 3.6 acres of land more
or less.
TRACT TWO
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the T. A. Cash Survey,
A-280, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 10.78 acre tract as recorded
on Page 183 of Volume 3857 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the said 10.78 acre tract;
Thence S 890 35' E a distance of 371.94 feet to the Southeast corner of the said
10.78 acre tract;
Thence N 00 43' W a distance of about 749.47 feet;
Thence N 890 35' W a distance of about 371.94 feet to a point on the West line of
said 10.78 acre tract being S 00 43' W a distance of 400.0 feet from a concrete
monument in the South line of Spur No. 350;
Thence S 00 431 E a distance of 749.47 feet to place of beginning, containing
approximately 6.4 acres of land more or less.
