NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, larrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, 'texas, can the 20th
day of January , 19 70 6 , at 8:00 o'clopk P. Mr at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modification, and/or.rgpoals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Eyle�s, Te a$, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached amd made a part of this notice.

be changed to "R-3" Multiple Family Dwellinq District
Field Notes of a 26.946 acre tract out of the B. F. Crowley Survey,
Abstract 320, Tarrant County, Texas, and described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the NW/c of the 2nd tract as described in Vol. 1707,
Pg. 459, Deed Records Tarrant County, Texas, at a steel rod for
corner;
THENCE S 89 deg. 48 min. E. with fence line, also being the North
line of said 2nd tract, Vo1.1707, Pg.459, a distance of 1320.0 ft.
to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE S.1 deg. 34 min. W with fence line 659.7 ft. to a steel rod
for corner;
THENCE S. 89 deg. 53 min. W. with fence line 659.7 ft. to a steel
rod for corner;
THENCE S. 0 deg. 45 min. E with fence line 477.2 ft. to a steel rod
for corner;
THENCE N. 89 deg. 38 min. W. with fence line 649.3 ft. to a steel rod
for corner; same point also being in the East R.O.W. line of the
Euless -Grapevine Road;
THENCE North with the East line of Euless -Grapevine Road and fence
line 1135.8 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 26.946 acres of
land.
