THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
BY LAW
BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time ar F„ir;.cr,, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
''Notice of rb^ii1i Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT ,!ct i ce of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to lid9�i, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, 'Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 17th
day of February ig 70 at 8:00 o'clopk P. Mr, at:
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard conceirning proposed amendments, supplements, ehancges,
modification, and/or.rgppals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance of

BEGINNING at the intersection of the South R. 0. W. line of Glade Road and the
West R. 0. W. line of Farm -Mkt. Road #157; said point also being 25 feet South
and 50 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Havens Survey;
Thence West along said South R. 0. W. line of Glade Road, 210.5 feet to a steel
rod for corner;
Thence South along the trace of an old fence, 331.0 feet to a steel rod for
corner;
Thence East, 210.5 feet to a steel rod in said West R. 0. W. line of Farm -Mkt.
Road #157;
Thence North along said West R. 0. W. line of Farm -Mkt- Road #157, 331.0 feet
to a nail, the place of beginning and containing 1.6 acres of land, more or
less.
