A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendatents, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called 1°changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be denied
by the City Council.

'1"HAT a signed ropy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

BEGINNING at the NWIc of the 2nd tract as described in Vol. 1107,
Pg. 459, Deed Records Tarrant County, Texas, at a steel rod for
corner;
THENCE S.89 deg. 48 min. E with fence line, also being the North
line of said "end tract, Vol. 1707, Pg. 459, a distance of 1320.0 ft.
to a steel rod for corner;
TUNCE S. I deg. 34 min. 0 with fence line 659.7 ft. to a steel rod
for corner;
THENCE S. 8) deg. 53 min. W. with fence line 659.7 ft. to a steel
rod for corner;
THENCE S. 0 deg. 45 min. E. with fence line 477.7 ft. to a steel rod
for corner;
THUM M. 39 deg. 33 min. Y. with fence line 649.3 ft. to a steel rod
for corner; some point also being in the East R.011. line of the,
Wless-Irapevine Road;
THENCE North with the East line of Euless -Grapevine Road and fence
line 1135.8 ft. to the place of beginning snd containing 26.946 acres of
land.
