A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
YO THIF CITY COUIVC I L CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHAWGES IN ORDINANCE NO 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
CF YHE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called 1°changes") to ordinance No, 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "All attached ,and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opiriirin and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council,

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission,

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned 1111-111 Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to Specific Use,
allowing the Improvement of existing structures for use as
offices, storage, construction, fabrication and display of
portable buildings.
FIELD NOTES of a 1.6 acre tract of land out of the J. H. Havens
Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, and heing further described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Intersection of the South R.O.W. line of Glade
Road and the West R.O.W. line of Form -Mkt. Road #157; said point
also being 25 feet South and 50 feet West of the Northeast corner
of said Havens Survey-,
THENCE West along said South R.O.W. line of Glade Road, 210.5
feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE South along the trace of an old fence, 331.0 feet to a
zteal rod for corner;
THENCE East, 210.5 feet to a steel rod in said West R.O.W. line
of Farm -Mkt. Road
THENCE North along said West R.O.W. line of Farm -Mkt. Road #157,
331.0 feet to a nail the place of beginning and containing 1.6
