NOTICE OF PUBU C HEARING
A Public Tearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hal! of Euless, Texas, on the 3rd
day of March 19 70 , at 8:00 O'clock P, M, at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed arri-ndrnents, supplements, changes,
modification, ,arid/or.repeals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning pr0inanc,e of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which Is
attached and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "11-1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "C-2" Community Business District and a
Specific Use Permit be issued for the sale, repair and
display of boats.
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the J. H.
Haven Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West line of the Arlington -Grapevine Road
(Farm -to -Market Road 157), being 18 varas West and 128 varas South of
the Northeast corner of the J. H. Haven Survey, said beginning point
being also the most Easterly Northeast corner of a tract conveyed to
J. J. Gilbert by deed dated October 22, 1942, recorded in Volume 1532,
page 482, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South with the East line of the said Gilbert tract and the West
line of said road, 140 feet to an iron pin set for the southeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 890 43' W - 517.1 feet to an iron pin set for the southwest
corner of this tract; said point being a fence line, the West line of
said Gilbert tract;
THENCE N 10 08' E - 140 feet with said fence to an iron pin for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE 5�:890 30' E - 303.1 feet to a pipe in a fence corner;
THENCE East with a fence line - 211.1 feet to the point of beginning
and containing 1.65 acres of land, more or less.
