THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "R-P Single Family Dwellinq District
be changed to 11C-2" Community Business District, with a Specific
Use Permit, to allow the outside storage and display of boats.
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the J. H. Havens
Survey, Tarrant county, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of the Arlington -Grapevine Road (Farm -
to -Market Road 157), being 18 varas West and 128 varas South of the Northeast
corner of the J. H. Havens Survey, said beginning point being also the most
Easterly (Northeast corner of a tract conveyed to J. J. Gilbert by deed dated
October 22, 1942, recorded in Volume 1532, page 482, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas;
Thence South with the East line of the said Gilbert tract and the West line
of said road, 140 feet to an iron pin set for the southeast corner of this
tract;
Thence N 899 43' W - 517.1 feet to an iron pin set for the southwest corner
of this tract; said point being a fence line, the West line of said Gilbert
tract;
Thence N 10 08' E - 140 feet with said fence to an iron pin for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
Thence S 899 30' E - 303.1 feet to a pipe in a fence corner;
Thence East with a fence line - 211.1 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 1.65 acres of land, more or less.
