PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347
ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
ANI' DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
BY LAW.

TEXAS:
THAT a p!..tblhearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and plKac:e, in the ;nanner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public. Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT r3otice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 101l-i, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, can the 7th
day of April lg 70 at 8�00 o'clopk P. M, at:
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opPortunity
to be heard conceirning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modification, and/Qr.reppals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Eyle�s, Te,5a$, as specified in Fxhibjt "A" rghich is

be changed to ''C-2" Community Business District for Tract ]Al
and ''R-3" Multiple Family Dwelling District for Tract IAIA.

The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the J. E.
Field Survey, Abstract 540, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South line of Glade Road with the West
line of North Main; and said point being about 25.09 feet West and 27.09 feet
South 40 45' West from the Northeast corner of the J. E. Field Survey, Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE South 40 45' W a distance of 526.81 feet to a point;
THENCE West a distance of 500.33 feet to a point;
THENCE North 525.00 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 543.95 feet to a point; said point being the place
of beginning, containing 6.293 acres more or less.

The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the J. E.
Field Survey, Abstract 540, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South line of Glade Road with the West
line of North Main, and said point being about 25.09 feet West and 553.90
feet South 40 45' West from the Northeast corner of the J. E. Field Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 40 45' West a distance of 716.61 feet to a point;
THENCE West a distance of 440.99 feet to a point;
THENCE North a distance of 714.20 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 500.33 feet to a point; said being the place of
beginning; containing 7.717 acres of land more or less.
