BY "f HE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS , TEXAS: THAT after pUblic hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendman s, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter palled "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified In Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be denied by the City Council, until there is definite information concerning area roads affecting this particular property, 2. THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the uisty Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission.
