TEXAS:
THAT after pUblic hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendman s, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter palled "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified In Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be denied
by the City Council, until there is definite information concerning area roads
affecting this particular property,
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the uisty
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

The following described tract or parcel of land situated In the J. E.
Field Survey, Abstract 540, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Intersection of the South line of Glade Road with the West
line of North Main; and sold point being about 25.09 feet Test and 27.09 feet
South 40 45° West from the Northeast corner of the J. E. Field Survey, Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE South 40 45' W a distance of 526.81 feet to a point;
THENCE West a distance of 500.33 feet to a point;
THENCE North 525.00 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 543.95 feet to a point; said point being the place
of beginning, containing 6.293 acres more or less.
TRACT IAIA
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the J. E.
Field Survey, Abstract 540, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South line of Glade Road with the West
line 0f North Main, and said point being about 25.09 feet !lest and 553.90
feet South 40 45' West from the Northeast corner of the J. E. Field Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 40 45, West a distance of 716.61 feet to a point;
THENCE West a distance of 440.99 feet to a point;
THENCE North a distance of 714.20 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 500.33 feet to a point; said being the place of
beginning; containing 7.717 acres of land more or less.
