NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, `iarront County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, can the 1 th
day of December r- 19 70 at 8:00 o'clopk Po MP, at
which time parties in interest and citigens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modification, and/or.repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Eyle�s, Torras, as specified in exhibit "A" Which is
attached amd made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "C-1" Neighborhood Business District
be changed to 11C-2" Community Business District, with. Specific UsePermit
to allow a metal structure for covered parking.
The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion of
Tract C, MUNICIPAL SERVICE COMPANY OF TEXAS SUBDIVISION, Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-26, Page 9 D.R.T.C.T.
and being described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Tract C, said poing being
also in the East right-of-way line of Himes Drive;
T THENCE S 880 41' E a distance of 274.8 feet to a steel rod;
THENCE S 00 53' W a distance of 65.0 feet to a steel rod;
THENCE S 880 41' E a distance of 50.0 feet to a steel rod in the
West right-of-way line of Byers Avenue;
THENCE S 00 53' W with said West right-of-way line of Byers Avenue
a distance of 181.3 feet to a steel rod in the North right-of-way
line of Fuller Street;
THENCE 880 31' W along said North right-of-way line a distance of
324.5 feet to an "X" marked in concrete;
THENCE N 00 53' E along the East right-of-way line of Himes Drive a
distance of 253.2 feet to the place of beginning.
