TEXAS:
THAT A public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and pawo, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT oot i ce & such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, larront County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall or Euless, Texas, on the 1-5th
day of December 19 70 at 8:00 o'clook P. M, at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modification, and/or.'raPeals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Tetras, as specified in Fxhibjt "All vghich 15
attached amd made a part of this notice.

now zoned "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "PD" Planned Development District
Field Notes for a 38.8 acre tract out of the J. Matson Survey Abstract
1080, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at an axle, the northeast corner of a 45 acre tract recorded
Volume 3326, page 362, Tarrant County Deed Records; THENCE South 00 19'
east a distance of 657.9 feet to the point of beginning for the tract
herein described;
THENCE south 89052' east a distance of 85.0 feet to a point;
THENCE south 00 44' west a distance of 672.74 feet;
THENCE south 890 15' west a distance of 85.0 feet to a point which is the
