NOTICE OF PUPLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held Ky the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the C I ty Hall of Euless, Texas, on the y 5th
day of January a 19 71 , at __ Koo o'clock P. M, at
which time parties in interest and .-itizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning propose' a,rn::nAents, supplements, changes,
modification, and/or.repeals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as speciFied in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice.

FIELD NOTES of a 30.040 acre tract of land out of the T. Jasper
Survey, A-861, Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described
by mates and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod In the Southerly R.O.W. line of Hwy. Spur
4,350; said point also being the Northeast corner of a 40.0 acre
tract, recorded in Volumes 1178, Page 158, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE North 89 degrees 41 minutes West, with fence line, and said
Southerly R.O.W. line of iiwy. Spur #350, 1052.8 feet to a steel rod
at fence corner; SAID point being the Northeast corner of a 10.0
acre tract conveyed to Mrs. Blanche Mallard;
THENCE South 0 degrees 03 minutes 35 seconds East, with fence line
and said East line of Mallard tract, 1250.1 feet to a steel rod for
the Southeast corner of said Mallard tract; said point also being
in the South line of said 40.0 acre tract;
THENCE South 89 degrees 45 minutes 45 seconds East, 1042.0 feet to
a steel rod being the Southeast corner of sald 4(.0 acre tract;
THENCE North 0 degrees 26 minutes 10 seconds East, along said East
line of said 40.0 acre tract, 1248.6 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing 30.040 acres of land, more or less.
