RESOLUTION NO. 173
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

be changed to ''R-4" Multiple Family Dwelling District for Tract No. J,

1080, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described
as follows:
COMMENCING at an axle, the northeast corner of a 45 acre tract recorded
Volume 3326, page 362, Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE south 00 19' east a distance of 657.9 feet; THENCE north 890 52'
west a distance of 47.3 feet to the point of beginning in the West right-
of-way of West Park Way;
THENCE in a southerly direction along the west right-of-way line of West
Park Way described as follows; along a curve to the right having a radius
of 778.51'a distance of 504.1 feet; THENCE south 440 41' west a distance
of 109.3 feet; THENCE along a curve to the left having a radius of 699.78
feet a distance of 590.2 feet;
THENCE west 465 feet to a point in an existing property line;
THENCE north 00 10' west a distance of 185.0 feet;
THENCE north 880 35' west a distance of 353.8 feet;
THENCE north 00 37' west a distance of 662.19 feet;

672.74 Feet; THENCE south 890 15/ west a distance of 85,0 feet to a point
