A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, `?arrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, gn the lst
day of June ig 71 at 8:00 o'clopk Pa M, at.
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modification, and/or.rgppals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Eylo�s, Tetras, as specified in Fxhibjt "All vyhich is
attached amd made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-5" Multiple Family Dwelling District
be changed to "C-2" Community Business District
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the T. A.
Cash Survey, A-280, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a
10.78 acre tract as recorded on Page 183 of Volume 3857 in the Tarrant
County Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the said 10.78 acre tract;
Thence S 890 35' E a distance of 371.94 feet to the Southeast corner
of the said 10.78 acre tract;
Thence N 00 43' W a distance of about 749.47 feet;
Thence N 890 35' W a distance of about 371.94 feet to a point on the
West line of said 10.78 acre tract being S 00 43' W a distance of
400.0 feet from a concrete monument in the South line of Spur No. 350;
Thence S 00 43' E a distance of 749.47 feet to place of beginning,
containing approximately 6.4 acres of land more or less.
