HomeMy WebLinkAbout179 1971-06-01CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 179 A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS, TEXAS: THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals (hereinafter called 'changes") to Ordinance No, 347, (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "All attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be by the City Council. 2. approved THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission, ADOPTED this 1st day of June , 19 71�. A. Cash. Survey, A-280, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 10.78 acre tract as recorded on Page 183 of Volume 3857 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows; Beginning at the Southwest corner of the said 10.78 acre tract; Thence S 89' 35' E a distance of 371.94 feet to the Southeast corner of the said_10.78 acre tract; Thence N 00 43' W a distance of about 749.47 feet; Thence N 890 35' W a distance of about 371.94 feet to a point on the West line of said 10.78 acre tract being S 00 43' W a distance of 400.0 feet from a concrete monument in the South line of Spur No. 350; Thence S 00 43' E a distance.of 749.47 feet to place of beginning, containing approximately 6.4 acres of land more or less.
