RESOLUTION NO. 180
A RESOLUTION MAILING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "All attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council. with the south 668.7' of Tract 2, abutting North Main
Street be zoned "R-3" Low Density Multi -Family Dwelling District.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 1st day of June .9 19 71 .

THENCE East a distance of 220.0 feet;
THENCE S 40 49' W along the West line of Main Street a distance of 250.9 feet;
THENCE West a'distance of 199.3 feet;
THENCE N 00 05' E a distance of 250.0 feet to the place of beginning
containing 1.2 acres of land more or less.
