RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347

AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER
BY LAW,
BE IT RESC LVED by THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public. Hearing", attached and made a part of this resolution;
and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 101b-1, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
Pf Texas,

A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Ironing
Commission) of the City of Euless, Zarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall o; Euless, Texas, can the
day of Apgst 19 71 _ at 8 : 00 o' c l opk P. M, at
which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concgrning proposed amendments, supplements, changes,
modification, and/or.roplaals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Tena$, as specified in Fxhibjt "A" Whig is
attached amo made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-l" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "C-2" Community Business District
A tract or parcel of land situated in the A. J. Huitt Survey, A-709,
Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 22, ALEXANDER & CULLUM SUB-
DIVISION, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to
plat recorded on Page 109 of Volume 388-C in the Tarrant County Deed
Records;
THENCE N 890 52' W a distance of 376.0 feet to the East line of South
Main Street;
THENCE N 10 47' W along the East line of said South Main Street a
distance of 164.5 feet;
THENCE S 890 52' E a distance of 376.0 feet to the West line of said
Lot 22;
THENCE S 10 47' E along the West line of said Lot 22 a distance of
164.5 feet to place of beginning, containing 1.42 acres of land more or
less.
