RESOLUTION NO. 192
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347, (Zoning Ordinance)
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and Zoning Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be a�prev�d
by the City Council, with Specific Use Permit.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City
Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "I--1" Light Industrial District, with a Sped- -e--permit,
restricting use of property to uses permitted in "L-l" Limited Industrial Districts.
Being a tract of land situated in the A. Bradford Survey, Abstract No. 152,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being a part of Tracts No. 1 and 2 conveyed by
M.M-; Goldman to Sherwin -Max Building Company & Julius Schepps Wholesale
Liquors, Inc. by deed filed in Volume 3142, Page 641 of the Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at a point in the North R.O.W. Line of State Highway No. 183 (as
established by R.O.W. deed to State of Texas as recorded in Volume 4448,
Page 29 in the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas) same also being the
Northeast corner of said R.O.W. Deed, same also being in the east line of said
Tract No. 2;
THENCE N 89 deg. 51 minutes, 35 seconds West along said North line of State
Highway No. 183, 484.06 feet to an iron rod for corner, same being the beginning
of a curve to the right having a central angle of 05 degrees, 57 minutes, 04
seconds, a radius of 5616.58feet ;
THENCE Northwesterly along said curve'to the right (same being the north line of
State Highway No. 183) 583.37 feet to an iron rod for corner, same being the
beginning of another curve to the right having a central angle of 04 deg., 57
minutes, 46 seconds, a radius of 1319.39 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly along said second curve to the right (same being the 'b)-Ln
line of State Highway No. 183) 114.28 feet to an iron rod for corner in the East
line o as tract of land conveyed to Tarrant Land Co. by deed recorded in Volumie
2341 Page 361 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, same also being the
West line of Tract No. 1 of said tract of land conveyed to Sherwin -Max Building
Company and Julius Schepps Wholesale Liquors, Inc.
THENCE North 00 deg., 07 min., 57 seconds East along the East line of saic
Tarrant Lane Company tract and the West line of tract No. 1, 2373.94 -ieet
an iron rod for corner same being the Northwest corner of said tract No. ii
THENCE South 89 degrees, 56 min., 33 seconds East along the North line of said
Tracts No. i & 2, 1181.78 feet to a point for corner same being the Xjrthe st
corner of Tract No. 2;
THENCE South 00 deg., 11 minutes, 23 seconds, West along the East lint of said
tract No. 2, 2422.66 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 65.40 acres
of land.
