RESOLUTION NO, 193
A RESOLUTION MAKlNC RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO, 347' (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF EULE5S,
TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(here lnafter called "changes") to Ord! Awe a No, V17, 'Zonyng 0rdinance\

Euless, Texas, as
s;aclflad in Whit
"A"
attached
and
made a
part
of
this ^resulution,
the City Planning and
Zoning
Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.

Council, and shall constitute the report and racommen6at7on of the City `

THAT the zoning classification of 29.6449 acres, now zoned "R-I" Single
Family Dwelling District, and 2.30 acres now zoned "R-5" Multiple Family
Dwelling District, be changed to "PD" Planned Development District.
Said property being all of Tract 4A, Block 3, Wilshire Village, Section 7
and a portion of a 30.04 acre tract in the T. Jasper Survey, Abstract
861, all of which is described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Tract 4A, Block 3, Wilshire Village
Addition, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388--43, Page
20 Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 88 degrees 40 minutes West along the North line of said Tract
4-A, a distance of 138.09 feet to it's Northwest corner;
THENCE North 0 degrees 26 minutes 10 Seconds East, a distance of 13.9 feet
to the South R. 0. W. of Spur 350; said point being the Northeast corner of
40 acre tract recorded in Volume 1178, Page 158, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE North 89 degrees 41.minutes West, along said Spur 350 R. 0. W,, a
distance of 1052.8 feet to a steel rod;
THENCE South 0 degrees 03 minutes 35 seconds East, a distance of 1250.1
feet to a point;
THENCE South 89 degrees 45 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 1042-85
feet to a point; said point being adjacent to Block 3, Wilshire Village
Addition, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and in the East line of said 40
acre tract;
THENCE North 0 degrees 26 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 540.4
feet to the Southwest corner said Tract 4-A;
THENCE South 89 degrees 45 minutes 45 seconds.East, a distance of 151,46
feet to the Southeast corner of said Tract 4-A; said point being in the
!lest line of Wilshire Drive;
THENCE North 0 degrees 40 minutes West, a distance of 691.74 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 31.9449 acres of land, more or less.
