A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
] TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
| CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO, 747, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE C)TY,OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C!TY PLANNING AND ZONING C0NM|5S|GN OF EULESS,
TEXAS�
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of the
proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or repeals
(hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No, 147, (Zoning Ordinance)'
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit nA'/ attached and
made a part of this resolution, the City Planning and IunTn8 Commission
is of the opinion and recommends that such changes be approved
by the City Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the C(ty
Counoll, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the City
Planking and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,.
now zoned "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "R-4 " Multiple Fami-iy Dwelling District
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the AoMo
Downing Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a tract
of land as recorded on Page 499 of Volume 1937 in the Tarrant County
Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Terry Davis
Subdivision, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according
to plat recorded on Page 43 of Volume 388-50 in the Tarrant County
Deed Records and also being the Southwest corner of Lot 1, said TERRY
DAVIS SUBDIVISION;
THENCE S 670 15' W a distance of 538.36 feet;
THENCE N 20 08' E a distance of 806.8 feet to an iron rod at the North-
east corner of a tract of land as recorded on Page 363 of Volume 3092
in the Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE S 890 17' E a' distance of 463.89 feet to an iron rod in the
South line of Lot 12, Block 23, OAKWOOD TERRACE NORTH ADDITION, First
Filing, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and also being at
the Northwest corner of Lot 1, said TERRY DAVIS SUBDIVISION;
THENCE S 00 15' E along the West line of said TERRY DAVIS SUBDV€SI01
a distance of 592,25 feet to place of beginning, containing 7.68 acres
of land more or less.
