A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, ;arrant County, Texas, in the

which time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, c�pncges,
modification, and/or.'rgppals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Eyle�s, Te,Sas, as specified in Fxhibjt "A" vyhich is

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to "C-2" Community Business District
The following described tract or parcel of land being Lot 24-R-4, J. S.
ANDERSON SUBDIVISION, of a revision of Lot 24, Block 13, BELL RANCH
TERRACE ADDITION, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and be-
ing more particularly described as follows:
Beginning in the South line of Signet Street and being about West a
distance of 336.5 feet from the Northeast corner of said Block 13;
THENCE South a distance of 235.0 feet;
THENCE West a distance of 107.5 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 235.0 feet to the South line of said Signet
Street;
THENCE East along the South line of said Signet Street a distance of
107.5 feet to place of beginning, containing 0.58 acres of land more
or less.
