347, IDENTIFIED AS THE EULESS ZONING CIRDINANCE By
DISTRICT AND ADDING TO THE SPECIFIC LISE SCHEDULE SECTICN.
GnERFAS, the Euless Zoning Ordinance currently allows churches in all zoning
districts within the City of Euless; and,
SEAS, churches have unusual physical and operational characteristics which
are not, in every instance, compatible with other uses in the area; and,
SEAS, in order to minimize any adverse impacts on neighboring properties it
is deemed necessary to subject such uses to heighten review, evaluation, and
exercise of planning judgment relative to the location, site plan, and opera-
tion of the proposed uses.

MY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
MT, we hereby recommend the City Council approve and adopt the ordinance
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which would allow churches in all
zoning districts provided a specific Use Permit is first obtained.

TILT, a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Council,
and shall constitute the report and recommendation of the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
